I’m leading a cross-functional squad to define how AI changes the way we shape, design and build products. The model brings product management, design and AI-assisted development closer together, to scale across our other squads. I’m owning product direction and using Claude Code alongside engineers to shorten the path from idea to production.

Designing for Kolmeo’s next phase of growth

I’m shaping, designing and building Kolmeo Plus — a new trades marketplace central to Kolmeo’s growth strategy and expected to become its main revenue driver. I’m leading the product strategy and experience while defining a new commercial model for how rental agencies source and manage maintenance with trades.
